Bath Tea recipe for varicose veins

I've done a little research on varicose veins and have read some different herbal remedies online. I am currently testing this recipe out, but would like to go ahead and share it to see if anyone else benefits from this wonderful natural bath for varicose veins. I've just recently started getting the unsightly boogers and want to try and keep from getting anymore :-( I'm sure my many years of jobs in which I was on my feet all of the time have contributed to this.

So please if you try this out let me know how it goes for you?

2 tbs dried ginger or 4 tbs fresh sliced ginger root
4 tbs juniper
2 tbs rosemary
4 tbs dried lemon peel or 1 whole lemon quartered and squeezed into bath

I prefer to use the fresh ingredients to the dried, but if you only have the dried it works just fine.   I put all the fine ingredients in to a muslin bag and put in to the bath, but I like the fresh lemon and ginger to float in the bath rather than putting it in to a bag.  This is just my own personal preference, but you can do it any way you like to.

    Calling all sensitive skin people

Hi everyone, I am in the process of developing a few unscented soaps for people with sensitivities to fragrance, colorings and other things found in soap.  This line will be colored with only natural herbs and spices and will have absolutely no added fragrance.  The base will be made from olive oil, coconut oil and palm oil, so no nut oils (like almond) as a lot of people have reactions to nut oils in soap.  Here is a photo of my first unscented creation

This soap starts with organic olive and coconut oils in which I add whole green tea leaves to, ground green tea and a bit of green clay. Green tea is excellent for the skin, it has anti-inflammatory properties.  I'm hoping this will be an answer to all of you who have sensitivities to chemical and commercial soaps.

I will also be making some other soaps of this type over the Summer so there will be more choices coming soon.  I will be making one soap in the future that will not have any colorants whatsoever or fragrances....it will just be real pure soap!!  This is just the beginning for all of you poor people who suffer from this.  I hope I can help in some way.

I am looking for people who suffer from this to test these soaps out when I am done, starting with this green tea soap. Please contact me by commenting to this post if you have sensitivities to scented and colored soap!  I may be your answer :-)  If you know some one who suffers from this please pass this information on to them.

    Thank you,
    DeShawn Marie

HANDMADE SOAP LOAVES by DeShawn Marie

My new soap loaf shop is now open for business.  I'm filling it up each day with new handmade soap loaves.  I currently have a selection of organic, glycerin and coconut milk soap loaves to choose from.

Here is my new Citrus Basil Soap, made with all organic oils.

I also have my new Honeysuckle Calendula Glycerin soap now available in a loaf, pictured below

For all fans of refreshing Mint soap I have several choices in my new soap loaf shop including these 2 loaves
    Peppermint Tea Tree Organic Soap

    Spearmint Vegan Glycerin Soap

Buying a whole loaf can be much more economical than buying individual bars of your favorite soap. Anyone who's afraid to cut the soap, no worries I can do it for you.  I do offer loaf cutting in my new shop for $5.00.

These loaves come wrapped in paper, there is no fancy packaging like my individual bars. If you are a big fan of one of my soaps this is a new option for you as you easily get nine large bars from these loaves which weigh between 5 and 6 ounces.  Plus if you are creative you can have lots of fun cutting the soap into any shape you want to.

Stop by for a visit and be sure to heart my shop while there :-)
